MY YOGA TEACHING
I teach a vinyasa flow yoga, either gentle slow flow sequences or more dynamic ones. They start with a sequence to warm-up the body, then build into a more alignment-focussed sequence of standing and seated asanas (postures) and inversions.
My classes integrate elements of energetic Kundalini yoga and restorative yin yoga postures, as well as Qigong movements.
Classes combine pranayama (breathwork), relaxation and meditation.
Modifications are offered so that the classes are open to people of all levels.
I teach yoga in Paris and in Dordogne.

MY YOGA JOURNEY
I graduated from La Sorbonne (Agrégation de Lettres) and from the Institut des Langues Orientales (INALCO) (Russian language and civilisation). For twenty years, I went through a combination of teaching, translating novels and writing film critics.
I have a daughter and a son.
I went into yoga in 2006 when I moved to London. It was a life changer. I completed the Yogacampus Yoga Teacher Training in 2013-2014, an 18-month course focussing on practices of yoga, meditation, anatomy, and philosophy.
I followed up with numerous trainings with an emphasis on ISHTA Yoga, meditation, Sanskrit and history of yoga.
In my teaching, I endeavour to bring students to a fuller awareness of their body, mind, and emotions.
This approach is embodied in the notion that ‘Yoga is the stilling of the changing states of the mind’ (Yoga Sutra 1.2, Patanjali).
I will be forever grateful to all my teachers who led me on the path of yoga and mostly Liz Lark, Susanne Lahusen, Sarah Litton, Graham Burns, Alexa Harris, Katrina Repka, Rod Stryker, Isabell Britsch. My deep thanks also go to Yogacampus and The Life Centre (London, UK).
